The service
sample.ng lets you check brand-issued serial codes against registered records, find verified stockists and request free product samples. Verification results reflect the brand’s records at the time of the check.
What results mean
A “genuine” result means the code is registered and this is its first recorded check. “Previously scanned” and “not found” results are information, not accusations, we never declare a product counterfeit.
Acceptable use
Don’t probe codes at scale, attempt to guess serials, or misuse verification results. Requests are rate-limited and abuse may lead to suspension.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older to hold a volunteer account and provide accurate information. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect.
