Sampling terms
Eligibility
Volunteers must be 18 or older, live in the campaign’s stated location, and complete phone and identity verification. One account per person; one request per campaign.
Samples are free
You never pay for a sample, and we never pay you cash. Volunteers receive free products and non-cash perks such as priority access.
Your part
Use the product as directed, scan its code, and submit honest feedback by the deadline. Photos you submit may be shared with the brand after review.
Fairness
Slots are allocated first-come, first-served and enforced server-side so campaigns can’t be overbooked. Duplicate accounts or fake feedback lead to suspension.
Safety
Check ingredients and allergens before use. If a product causes a reaction, stop using it and tell us immediately.
