What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), verification status from our identity provider, sample requests, feedback you submit, and technical logs. Verification codes you scan are stored as hashes, never the raw code.
What we never collect
Your NIN is checked through a licensed identity provider; we retain only the verification outcome, not your full NIN, and it is never displayed.
How we use data
To run verification checks, allocate sample slots fairly, deliver samples, and show brands aggregated, anonymised campaign results. We do not sell personal data.
Location and camera
Camera access is requested only when you choose to scan, and location only when you ask for nearby stockists or when a feedback task requires it, with a clear explanation each time.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your data by writing to hello@sample.ng. Account deletion removes your profile and request history.
